Micole is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and offer experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in individual and group therapy.
Micole enjoy's showing up as a fellow human and aim to provide a safe space for you to share your challenges. Her therapeutic approach focuses on validating one's experiences and exploring the interactions between your past and present. Micole works from a client-centred perspective where she acknowledges that the client is the expert in their own life. Micole strives to work collaboratively with her clients to find strategies that work for them.
Micole supports individuals with depression, anxiety, attachment trauma, interpersonal challenges, borderline personality disorder (BPD), emotional dysregulation and other challenges in life. My therapy incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness.
Micole is available after-hours on Tuesdays and Fridays via face-to-face or online appointments.
